Volunteer

Volunteers have teamed up with POW! from all walks of life: high school students fulfilling community service requirements; grandparents who love teaching; and graduate students in ceramics. We welcome volunteers regardless of clay experience, both to broaden the reach of our programming and as another aspect of the education programming we offer.

Donate

We rely on the generosity of many people to be able to bring our programs to the varied communities we have served. Ceramic artists who would like to donate work for our mobile gallery space have the chance to reach new audiences and help cultivate a love for pots beyond the walls of traditional galleries. We also welcome material and supply donations.

Become A Participating Artist

If you would like to help bring the joy of handmade craft to underserved communities and audiences, we welcome your energy and ideas. In addition to demonstration and instruction, your work can join the hundreds of potters from around the country whose work has been displayed in the POW! truck.

Make POW! Cups

Over the years we have given out thousands of original, participant-decorated cups as part of our Make-A-Cup, Take-A-Cup program. If you would like to support this one-to-one sharing of handmade cups, there's always room for another hand at the wheel. We would love to have more potters, regardless whether dedicated hobbyist or professional artist, be a part of this exchange.
